Husqvarna 610 / 570 Mikuni Tm40 intake manifold

Intake manifold suitable for Husqvarna TE, TC, SM, SMR 610 and 570 from 1994-2002 with Mikuni or Keihin 40 carburettor.

The intake manifold has the same fit as the original, but now consists of a single intake manifold and a separate NBR gasket, which means it seals perfectly and no additional sealant is required.

The material used for the intake manifold (TPU) differs from the original material (PU) not only in the manufacturing process, but has also been specially adapted to our requirements. By adding various additives, it is very resistant to UV radiation, oils and greases and can withstand high mechanical loads and temperatures. Overall, the TPU appears to be more resilient and resistant than the PU used previously.

As with the original, a milled steel frame is integrated inside, which allowed us to retain the series look.
